- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
- Service refers to the Application and associated Website.
- Subscription means a paid plan that provides access to certain features of the Service.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean this agreement between You and the Company regarding use of the Service.
- Third-party Services means services such as Stripe for payments or Supabase for authentication and data storage.

By using the Service, You represent that You are at least 18 years of age.
User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide information that is accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Payments and Subscriptions
- Certain features of the Service may require payment. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or through app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play).
- You agree to provide accurate billing information.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the applicable store's policies.
- We do not store payment card details — these are handled directly by our payment providers.
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the refund policies of the payment provider (Stripe, Apple, Google).
User Content
- You retain ownership of any Content you upload or share within the Service (e.g., group expenses, notes, images).
- By uploading Content, You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
- You are solely responsible for the Content You provide and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on any rights.
- We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, or restrict Content that violates these Terms.
Feedback and Suggestions
If You provide Us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, You agree that:
- Such feedback may be used by the Company without restriction or obligation.
- You will not be entitled to compensation for such feedback.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
